Anton Management is led by siblings Gustavo and Claudia Garcia, who combine legal expertise and hands-on construction management experience to guide clients through complex renovation or development projects.
Based in South Florida, Gustavo and Claudia have spent over 15 years building trusted relationships across the region’s design, construction, and legal communities.
Together, they advocate for owners at every stage of development—from acquisition and permitting to contractor oversight and closeout. With a deep understanding of both the legal and technical sides of construction, Anton Management helps clients avoid costly delays, stay ahead of issues, and build with confidence.
Anton Management is named in honor of their great-grandfather, Rafael Antón y Velázquez—a Spanish-born entrepreneur whose legacy of integrity and strategic foresight continues to guide their work today.
